At Childsplay Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a protective shipping box to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your parcel at an authorized collection point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
